I took a little break from Twitter and Instagram and this helped greatly. I didn't break from it completely incase you think 'hang on miss, you tweeted earlier!' but I haven't spent half as much time aimlessly scrolling like I normally do. As much as I love them both, it can be so easy to compare when you are feeling low and seeing all of these lovely perfect things weren't helping me to feel any better.
Strangely, being away from Social Media has made me feel so much more inspired with this blog. I was starting to feel stuck in a rut and now I am bursting with ideas. I have been jotting them all down in my Bullet Journal too, which has been super helpful lately.
I still need to work on my going out more situation, but I am starting to feel so much better already just cutting back on things and putting myself first. Now I am not going to say I feel 100% again as I know it has only been a few weeks, but it's just good to feel like the old me is returning, slowly but surely. ♥
