lately I been, I been losing sleep, dreaming about the things that we could be

Hello lovelies, today I am going to show you how I have been wearing my makeup lately now that it is getting slightly colder. It has been absolutely ages since I have done a FOTD, so thought I would do a wintery themed version. I really love winter makeup. There is something about sparkly/shimmery eye makeup on a frosty morning for me. This is the time that I tend to bring out all of the golds and bronzes (not that I don't wear them at any other time in the year haha!).

For this look I used Urban Decay 'half baked' from the trusty naked palette for the base and Urban Decay 'cobra' to create the eyeliner effect. I actually used a paint brush to draw on the eyeliner, sometimes I find them easier to create the flick when using an eyeshadow.

It has been so nice to play around with makeup this week, I am currently off from work. I booked a week off last year and definitely forgot about it, cue me having no money and spending a snuggled lazy week in, not that I am complaining! I think today is going to become Disney day and I am going to fit in as many Disney films as I can, any recommendations?

  1. Love this look! :) Really need to invest in a Naked palette at some point. Sounds like you're enjoying your time off, muchos jealous! My favourite Disney films would probably be The Lion King and The Jungle Book - classics! x
